It will be a day of exercise, fun and sharing our ADHD stories/tips. We'll explore some great sites, check out Barangaroo Reserve & relax over lunch with nice people who 'get' ADHD :)
WHAT WE'LL DO
At 9.30 am, we meet at the (MCA) Museum of Contemporary Art. Please leave home early enough to ensure you reach start in time.

TRANSPORT: closest station to MCA is Circular Quay. Buses/ferries also come into the city, for transport timetables/info CLICK HERE . (https://transportnsw.info/travel-info/ways-to-get-around/ferry)
AT 9.45 AM (sharp) we leave for the Rocks Markets and then Dawes Point, then stroll under that enormous Sydney Harbour Bridge - then beside the old finger wharves checking some of their viewing spots.
Along the way, we'll see some of Sydney’s first streets and convict houses. Most important of all though, there'll be lots of time to talk, relax, have a coffee (& take pics : )
LUNCH will be at The Hero of Waterloo hotel. An old, convict built, sandstone pub -- one of Australia’s oldest, built at Sydney Cove back in the Rum Corp days. Time to relax and take in a song by the jazz or Irish band too.

After lunch, we’ll meander down to Barangaroo Reserve . Its a landmark waterfront destination -- a must see! When we get there, we’ll dip our feet in the harbor, explore, take selfies, soak up the views.
GOING HOME: we should be back @ Circular Quay by 3.45 - 4.00 pm latest.
