I'd like to strengthen my core so I master the crow pose by July and hold a plank for over a minute by December.

At your peak fitness within the last 5 years, how fast could you complete a 5km jog? How fast do you think you can complete a 5km right now?

At peak, I can complete a 5km jog in 25-30 mins. It'll probably take me 40 mins to complete a 5km now.

I can do 10+ push-ups without stopping and hold a plank for a 40 seconds.
