Gentle yoga is a style of yoga that is less strenuous than other forms. This class is useful for people who are not capable of fulfilling the demands of other practices, such as seniors, women who are pregnant, practitioners who are recovering from injury, those who haven't moved for awhile, or even those who are simply looking for a more relaxed workout. Dial it down a bit in this Gentle class, attended by yogis who are new-to-the-practice and many who have practiced for years. Not always easy, but always effective -- Gentle Yoga is a means to learn more about this movement we call yoga, to become stronger, more flexible, and add refinement to your practice. And, you will have fun. Yoga for Life is a small studio -- one of Temecula's best kept secrets. Classes are $12 (drop-in), and passes are available for purchase. Come join a great group of people doing what they've come to love - Yoga. This class is offered each Tuesdays and Thursdays at 12:30pm; it runs 75 minutes.
