The idea of a "Thrivers Club" came at the height of the global financial crisis in 2009 when several friends urged Mr. Roger Collantes to start a "motivational club" where we can everyone can share some fresh ideas and inspirational stories about how people are coping with the current challenges they face in their personal and professional life.
Over the next several months, we heard amazing stories from various friends who have gone through some serious personal crisis (e.g. job loss, health crisis, broken relationship, death in the family, etc.) but who came out stronger and better because of it. We termed this as the "Thriver Mindset" as opposed to the "Survivor Mindset".

Consequently, we decided to start the "Thrivers Club" to provide a forum for these "everyday heroes" to share and inspire others with their own "thriver experiences.

We would like to invite you to join this exclusive affinity club by answering the following question: "What is my secret in dealing with the current challenges I face at work and in my personal life?"

Join us and our Thriver Friends in discovering the secrets to "thriving, not just surviving" during tough times and through the rough days.

There are three rules of thriving that we all live by:

1- Don't waste a good crisis.
2- Get better, not bitter.
2- Thrive, not just survive
