Agile Talks wants to bring together people who are passionate about software development and agile methods.
We will have two talks of maximum 30 minutes and after that two Open Space slots for around one hours.
The event ends with a group retrospective and with some conclusions from the participants.
Agile Talks is a great opportunity to both learn from other people's experiences and discuss your own topics during the Open Space.
First Talk: Raluca-Teodora Ardelean - "Lego4scrum". Lego4scrum is a simulation of the SCRUM methodology, which consists of building a city from Lego pieces. I want to present this workshop, which is also well documented in the #lego4scrum community and at the same time my personal experience with it, so that you may use it in your use case.
Raluca-Teodora Ardelean is a software engineer for 7 years, soft-skills trainer for 9 years, CoderDojo mentor for 3 years , passionate about software engineering and preoccupied with education.
