• "Self-Control and New Year's resolutions" - Windy Dryden with live CBT demos

    Union Private Members Club

Welcome! We are using New Year's resolutions as the example, but really this is a look at the underlying attitudes that relate to self-discipline - and the behaviours and feelings that typically accompany them. "Self-Control and New Year resolutions" is the second session in our brand new series, entitled: "Handling Life’s Challenges Healthily." Across the series we will be conducting a unique exploration of the eight emotions we all inevitably confront in our lives. This is a rare chance to watch a genuine expert in his field conduct live coaching sessions, and at a gorgeous venue - The Union Club.
