Chris Thelwell - Design Director - EY-Seren

Chris has been a digital product designer working globally for many years. Juggling award-winning F1 projects, Google Chrome apps, with consulting for some of the biggest companies in the world and the occasional European football championship. An outcome focused design leader, Chris specialises in disrupting markets, creating innovative new digital products and building high-performing design teams in Agile software delivery environments within large enterprises, start-ups and agencies.

Lee Summerfield - Senior UX Designer - AJ Bell

Lee first started working as a UX’er 10 years ago having started his own agency based in Manchester. He worked for NICE (National Institute of Clinical Excellence) on a range of online products before he then worked at a PAS software provider to NHS trusts. Around 18 months ago he swapped health for wealth and is now the lead UX at AJ Bell, implementing design processes and promoting UX thinking across the business.

Lisa Ortega - Founder, Researcher and UX Expert - Keep it Usable

Lisa is the founder of multi-award-winning UX agency and behavioural design specialists, Keep It Usable. She has over 20 years experience convincing stakeholders of the value of UX and she’ll share with you her top tips for getting stockholder buy-in! Lisa holds an MSc in Human Factors and Ergonomics and a BSc in Computing and Psychology, has appeared on tv and radio and contributed to several books. Keep It Usable have conducted successful projects for the likes of Microsoft, Unilever, Vodafone, BBC, Skype, Roche, Phillips and many more.
