In this ongoing mediation class you will learn time tested techniques that offer an effective counterbalance to all the ways we get pulled out of ourselves and caught up in life’s urgency. Meditation skills help us to navigate the difficult territory of our changing world with a degree of clarity and equanimity. Mediation is now more relevant than ever as an effective and dependable practice for our health, well-being and sanity.
