An evening to sit, reflect, inquire... and learn about The Work.
Whether you are brand new or already experienced, this evening is an opportunity to start with beginners mind. We will listen to a new recording of Katie talking us through filling out the Judge Your Neighbour Worksheet, which is step 1 of The Work, to identify our stressful thoughts. We'll spend time with step 2, the four questions and turnarounds, do a short facilitation and answer any other questions. Each evening is unique and has its own flow.
