“Walkun” is a fun brisk walk with a little running in between.
This Club is for those who want to exercise without the pressure of having to run with an intense group. It will be a 7pm walk around Prospect Park, with a minimum of 3 miles. There will also be a little addition of running in between. Expect to burn 300 - 400 calories per Walkun, depending on your pace.
It’s a fun no pressure exercise. This workout is perfect for those who want to start back the journey of getting in shape, those recovering from injury, new moms and anyone that just wants to enjoy a less intense, yet effective exercise in the park and meet new people.

Walkun will take place Monday and Wednesday evenings at 7 pm.
7:00 pm: Meet at Ocean Avenue and Lincoln road entrance of Prospect Park. 7:00 - 7:10: Stretch 7:10 - 8:00 pm: Walkun
