Welcome Trailblazers to another Mad Monday adventure!,. We welcome daylight savings so we can enjoy more daylight on the hiking trail!

This hike will be a moderately strenuous 7 mile OAB starting out at the Oak Creek Canyon Trailhead, and hiking through the Hope nature preserve along the Los Robles Trail. This section of trail is also known to be called Space mountain by the local mountain bikers because of all the antennas on one of the peaks along our climb. Expect a moderate gain/ loss of[masked]ft +/-. with open space views of the Conejo Valley, Hidden Valley, and the Pacific Ocean/ Channel Islands. We will stop at the Angel Vista rest stop/ picnic area to enjoy the views, take in a snack before heading back to the parking area. With enough daylight we can also add a little more elevation on the way back if of course, everyone is game for gai
