What we're about

This group is for human doings who are interested in developing their life Wholistically, balancing (or juggling) the many different aspects and who would prefer a more fun and novel approach in making significant changes.

I developed the group after feeling irked that I could not find a truly wholistic hub that would address all of my needs. (whole as opposed to hole.) “Not only did I want a fit & healthy body, strong mind but also a balanced spirit, healthy finance and a quality social circle. I also realized most of these services could be more (cough) fun, did I really want to spend my time om-ing and arring, stretching and eating seeds with no fulljoyment (ok its not a word)”

Not only is 'Life is for living' but I believe in embracing the good, the bad and the damn right Ugly!

The work and playshops I facilitate are culturally diverse, open, friendly and human-kind. So if you have never tried personal development within a group setting; roll your eyes at the words 'healthy diet'; find exercise boring, want to understand yourself and others better, haven’t had the time to look at your life wholistically and would prefer a fun approach to health & wellbeing then join me!

My academic background is Psychology and Social Research. I’m a qualified integrative counsellor, Boxercise instructor and Community Nutritional Adviser. More importantly I see myself as a Life Facilitator who enjoys helping others unlock some of their blocks to be able to experience their full growth and potential. I practice what I preach and appreciate that I will always be a student of life. I have worked with both adults, children and community groups.
