What we're about

The Work of Byron Katie® is a powerful inquiry that teaches you to identify and question stressful thoughts. Through doing The Work, you can question thoughts you've believed for years. The Work is a simple, deep process where you may transform your life in ways that you could never imagine.

People who do The Work®, frequently encounter life changing behaviors and may experience:

Increased clarity
More peace and energy
Richer, deeper relationships
Decreased anger
Reduced stress

As a member of this group, I highly recommend reading Loving What Is. We will refer to this book, and other books written by Byron Katie, from time-to-time.

"Self-realization is the sweetest thing. It shows us that
we’re fully responsible for ourselves. This is freedom."
~ Byron Katie

About Me - Donnamarie Larievy

With The Work, my life is filled with more peace, love, and compassion. When I judge others and take the stressful thoughts to inquiry, I see the mirror image of me reflected back — the places where I have these qualities within me. I meet these thoughts with understanding and don’t blame others or myself for these beliefs that were once so stressful!! Layers of my thoughts unfold and are questioned as I continue to do The Work.

I am a Certified Facilitator of The Work of Byron Katie, a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) through The Coaches Training Institute and a Certified Executive Coach through The Rescue Institute.

My offerings include individual and group facilitation, workshops, telecourses and speaking. Feel free to contact me for additional information.

I look forward to meeting you through this community.
