This past week there has been a brouhaha about GE paying no corporate income tax for 2010. This is silly. A corporation is not a person. It's like complaining that a rock failed to pay income tax.

In fact, it would provide a big boost to the U.S. economy to abolish the corporate income tax. See my blog post about this topic.
