Come join us for a free beginner yoga class where we focus on breath, movement and alignment. Bring your own yoga mat. These are weekly classes that will improve your energy and find a way to nurture your mind, body and soul.
When: Every Friday 5:30 pm - 6:45 pm
Where: Trinity St. Paul's Centre (Dance Studio), 427 Bloor St. West, Toronto ON
What to bring: Wear loose comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat. Suggest not to eat 2 hours prior to class or 1 hour if it is a light snack.
