All attendees must RSVP or risk being turned away at the door. All must be over 18 and willing to provide proof if asked. We reserve the right to refuse entrance to anyone not on the RSVP list or due to issues with capacity or for any other reason.
While the organizer might take photos of drawings and crowds during the workshops, photography of the model is strictly prohibited and any questionable cell phone use that might indicate such behavior will result in a permanent ban from the group.
By joining this group you confirm that you have read section 6 of meetup.com's Terms of Service and in addition you agree:
1. TO ASSUME AND ACCEPT ALL RISKS arising out of, associated with or related to my participating in drawing workshops, even though such risks may have been caused
by the action(s), inaction, or negligence of others;
2. TO BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INJURY, SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC LOSS, COST OR DAMAGE which I might sustain while participating in the drawing workshop even though such injury, loss or damage may have been caused by the action(s), inaction, or negligence of others;
3. TO HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNIFY THE EVENT ORGANIZERS, BLUE SKY ACADEMY OF ART LLC, the administrators, directors, agents, officers, volunteers and employees:a) from any and all liability for any damage to the personal property of,or personal injury to,any third party resulting from my participation in drawing workshops and all related activities; and b)from any and all claims, demands, actions, losses and costs which might arise out of my participating in drawing workshops, even though such claims, demands, actions, losses and costs may have been caused by the action(s), inaction, or negligence of others.
