It's late. You're tired. There's something good on TV. You ate too much. It's too hot. Too cold. Too rainy. I don't have to tell you what those are -- you know an excuse when you hear one. Sometimes, the best time to work out is when you're feeling beat down and your energy is flagging. If you can do it then, you're ready for anything.

This is a group for people who want to challenge themselves, even when their bodies would prefer to rest. It's a tough workout designed for all levels of fitness. The only thing I ask is that you push yourself. If you're in peak form, then run faster, jump higher or do an extra set of burpees during the rest period (there won't be many). If you're not quite there yet, find something you CAN do, and do it. You're only competing with yourself -- and you're one tough bastard.

I'm not a trainer or professional trying to drum up business, just a guy who likes to get together with like minded people to train hard.
