Twilight Track Workout

This vigorous track workout will test your limits and give your a powerful cardio boost. Expect some running, some sprinting and lots of stairs. We'll do some upper-body work, too, so don't expect to escape without doing at least a few push-ups and burpees.

      Thanks, Saurabh. I'll keep that in mind. Right now, I'm going to try to keep the Sunday workouts going whenever possible. I'll try to periodically schedule one during the week -- Tuesdays aren't always great for me, but I could do one periodically. I'll also probably schedule a Saturday morning Sleeping Giant run from time to time. Hopefully, that'll give you some good options

      Thanks Ed. I won't be there for saturday run this week but next weekend count me in. I have training at 11 on saturdays so I guess we should be finished by then. But periodical tuesdays will be good. And I will be there on sundays as well.

      Awesome. Glad you can make it. Just be aware that this is a group workout -- I facilitate it but I'm not a certified personal trainer or fitness instructor. It's up to you to know what you're capable of. If you have injuries or other concerns, I'll try to help you work around them, but if you're concerned about hurting yourself at any point, find something else that you know you can do.

      That said, my philosophy is pretty simple: push yourself and enjoy doing it. If you're in peak shape and are finding things a little easy, then run harder or do some burpees until it's a challenge. If you're having trouble keeping up, slow down and try something else -- I can suggest something if you're not sure what to do. Just keep moving and don't give up.
