Calorie and Fluid Replacement During Aerobic Mountaineering

Robert S.
Bend, OR
Post #: 95
Nicholas Pastore, active Assistant Leader, experienced hiker and backpacker, was first of ten to help with our Seminar at the Brooks Room last Monday. He also ran in the Pilot Butte Challenge on the Saturday before!

Nicholas and others were particularly interested in our question "What's wrong with Gorp?" during our discussion of Essential Systems numbers 8 and 9: NUTRITIAN and HYDRATION. (The Handouts did not cover this information, but I promised to post links to the information on the website.)
