You have a great product & you feel some form of product/market fit? It's time to grow! πŸ”₯

And the best way to do that is to hire fast & attract the right people. Lots of startups struggle at hiring correctly, especially in time of steep growth. So we're pretty thrilled to welcome Nathaniel Koloc, Director of Talent Acquisition at Hillary Clinton's Presidential Campaign.

He joined the campaign the week before before the launch in April 2015, and designed a recruiting plan to accommodate a steep staffing ramp: the $1B campaign operation would come to include over 4,300 staffers in over 500 offices across the country, including 650+ at the main Brooklyn HQ. Nathaniel is now an EIR at The Future Project & prior to that, he was the Co-founder & CEO of ReWork (mission-driven recruiting firm), and a contributor to Harvard Business Review & other outlets.

See you there? 😘

Love,
TheFamily. πŸ’–
