⌾ GROWING WHILE WORKING IN A HYPER-GROWTH STARTUP
w/ Carla Garcia, Head of Sales & Operations at Morressier

Carla moved to Berlin when the city was not yet the tech capital it is today and landed a job at Delivery Hero, where she did a bit of everything. With a background in Media and Literature, tech was a whole new world for her, but she took advantage of the opportunity to grow personally and professionally in the startup scene. πŸš€

Since launching her career, Carla has gone on to work for Foodpanda and Wayfair always leading Sales Operations teams. Carla has managed large teams and has always been a passionate advocate for women in leadership, particularly in the male-dominated tech industry. In her current role at early-stage startup Morressier she currently leads the sales & operations department. πŸ’ͺ

Clara will share with us her experience in working in a hyper-growth environment. She will discuss how to take advantage of your personal development and get on track with the fast growth.
