Join us as we begin our evening with the heartbeat of the drum. Please bring a drum or percussion instrument. Or, just sit back and enjoy the rhythms.
Drumming induces deep relaxation, lowers blood pressure and reduces stress. Stress, according to current medical research, contributes to nearly all diseases and is a primary cause of life-threatening illnesses.
