Share a Smile - Share Laughter & Happiness - Bring a Friend for Free

Share a Smile, Laughter & Happiness - Bring a Friend for Free

The happiness and unhappiness of the rational, social animal depends not on what he feels but on what he does; just as his virtue and vice consist not in feeling but in doing. — Marcus Aurelius Antoninus

Modern science defines HAPPINESS as the positive range of emotions that we feel when we are content or full of joy.

At the School of Laughter Yoga our definition is just a little bit simpler. Happiness to us is anything that can bring a smile to someone's face. We're in the business of spreading smiles and laughter. We know we might not change the world over night, but if we can add just a few smiles to the world then we've done our job.

Since the dawn of time the human race has sought intensely after the pleasure and lightness that true happiness brings. The quest for true happiness is one that every person will adventure on.

So what is happiness?

Great philosophers, religious leaders, writers and thinkers throughout human history have asked themselves this basic question. Through their wisdom we can learn and maybe take just one more step on our own happiness journey.

Sometimes you'll find that happiness finds you when you least expect it. If you have never tried laughter yoga, this may well be one of those occasions.

Great men and women each asked themselves the same core question – what is happiness? While each of their own definitions differ, each touches on a similar cord that we must all come to realize. The quest for true happiness is not really a quest at all, but a decision and a choice. So don't wait another moment,  join us this Friday and choose happiness!

We are meeting by Mandela Statue, if in doubt please ask around on the location of the statue. If you are late we will be at the Spirit Level, please ask at the Bar or Reception, security people for the Spirit Level.

There is a £5 ( Bring a friend for Free) contribution to cover costs, you can pay in advance or on the day.

The workshop is
Free for regulars (if you have attended 5 workshops you become a regular). Also free for all the School of Laughter Yoga graduates.

Facilitators: Session will be Facilitated by Nat Tsolak and all of you who are there.
