Laughter Yoga at Royal Festival Hall

Laughter Yoga at Royal Festival Hall

“The whole art of life is in knowing how to transform anxiety into laughter.” Alan Watts

This is going to be an hour of fun and letting go. No prior knowledge and experience required, come and meet some good and happy bunch of people. Here is a clip from our last session, it was a special session for Halloween

We are meeting next to the Mandela statue, which is next to Royal Festival Hall, right outside. Please ask around the Royal Festival Hall, if you are not sure where it is.

Laughter is a great stress buster, easy way of relaxing and meeting people.

There is a suggested £5 (£3 conc.) donation towards Angela's charity Malaria No More, you can pay directly at

Please make sure to arrive on time, not later than 7:30.

The session will be facilitated by Mary Geraghty, counselor and Laughter Yoga therapist. Mary has been leading laughter yoga sessions for number of years, including with challenging client groups such as prisons.
