On the first Saturday of each month the dynamic Fitness Professionals at Raleigh Personal Training will be hooking up the “jumper cables” and getting your blood and heart pumping with a two hour “Butt & Gutt, Boot Camp, Strength training sessions that will inspire you to set and reach your goals on a monthly basis.
