Please join our Inside-Out Happiness Club to discover a new way to walk around. Your freed mind with be more agile, more creative, and you'll be better able to sense the momentum to personal success and well-being.

We meet every (second Monday, whatever) to explore and reinforce the Three Principles. It's not a religion, form of meditation, pyramid, or cult. You don't have to join or do anything. We'll discuss videos, books and ideas based on Sydney Bank's principles of Mind, Thought & Consciousness. Come and see that it is possible to achieve authentic and sustained happiness in life. We're casual and inviting and welcoming to everyone. And we hope you'll join us!
