The group is lead by a psychotherapist who will walk, talk and run with the group. Along the way we will discuss how to stay in good mental shape during bad times. This is not group therapy, but a group to support each other. As the organizer, I will not provide any personal advice or therapy but will focus on ways we can all stay well. I want to help people get out and exercise their bodies and minds, and connect with others safely during Covid. I am seeing how the loneliness epidemic is affecting everyone's health. If you feel you are going out of your mind staying at home, get out of your apartment and join us. The day and time will be determined by the group. No cost. No career networking. Men and Women are welcome. The only fitness requirement is that you be able to walk (not run) at a moderate pace for one hour. Everyone will be asked to social distance, and wear masks.
