DINNER for 10

Do you have an empty glass jar? Please bring it to this dinner, as it's going to be your wine glass :)
[We also have a few jars on hand if you can't find one!]

This is a 3-course, sit-down dinner with a 100% vegetarian option available.

Dinner for 10 - MENU

Cocktail: Rosemary Gin Fizz
Homemade Paprika Hummus & Thick Greek Pita
Homemade Cheese Crackers with Spicy Tequila Red Pepper Jelly

Lemon Feta Cheese Salad with red onion, homemade thyme vinaigrette and optional bacon

Main Dish:
Moroccan Chicken – with chick peas, carrots, potatoes, and raisins served with whole wheat couscous (chicken is halal)

(Vegetarian version also available with cauliflower in place of chicken)

Fresh Bread

Red & White Wine

Apple Crisp with Cinnamon Ice Cream

After-dinner Nightcap
(like Grand Marnier or Apple Liqueur)



I live in the 15th, between metros Commerce (ligne 8) & Charles Michel (ligne 10). The exact address will be given to invited guests.

You'll bring:

~ one glass jar (to be your drinking glass for the evening)
~ 35 Euros each, cash or ticket restaurant (exact change is super helpful) [suggested donation]

Drinks begin at 7:30 pm. We socialize a bit, then begin eating at approximately 8:00 pm. Please plan to arrive before 8:00 pm.

So that we have a mixture of new members and regulars, please add your name to the RSVP list and then I'll select guests from the waiting list.

** Sous Chef **

One Sous Chef spot available (small kitchen, only room for one). Would you like to learn what it takes to serve dinner for 10 in your living room? Come spend the afternoon with me while we prepare cheese crackers, prepare the meal, get the living room set up, bake bread, and cram more champagne into my tiny fridge. Ask questions, take home copies of all of recipes, and tips for when you host your next dinner party. You arrive at 3:30 pm, we cook until 6:30 pm. Take an hour off, then guests begin to arrive at 7:30 pm. Cost is 20 Euros in addition to your dinner fee. When you RSVP for dinner, please indicate if you'd like to be selected to be the Sous Chef in the comments section.
