Your attitude could be different – your thoughts could be that you are willing to do what’s uncomfortable. It appears easy and it might be as simple as making a list of what you love about your life and what you don’t love about your life, and then throwing the paper away.

With just a few adjustments, then you become coachable. You allow yourself to develop the skills necessary for managing all your problems. Your able to lead yourself for a short time – to purposely create love, joy, happiness.
You’re up against yourself, an opponent that knows what you know. Uses fear, scarcity, and loss to create a person that is hurting. Your attitude could be different – but it’s not. Your thoughts could be different – but they're not. This should be easy – but it’s not. It gets worse when you’re blaming other’s and experiencing the same intensity of pain with employers, spouses, children, maybe even acquaintances. People that know of you but know nothing about you. Are you blaming?
