Sarah Banasiak
I strongly believe that empathy is key to live a desirable life together with others, both in business and in private contexts. Combined with own frustrations as an employee, this led me to become a trainer, facilitator and mediator and to dedicate my professional life to empower humans and groups to live more empathy. NVC plays a fundamental role for me because I’ve never before discovered and experienced myself such a valuable concept to communicate with and encounter each other in an empathetic way. I am happy that my profession allows me today to create comparable experiences for others.

Andrea Beermann
My personal experiences and my professional career of 20 years in an international environment (15 years in France) confirmed my fundamental belief that performance and humaneness must not be separated but need to be linked closely! That is why today I commit my professional career as a coach, trainer and mediator to the development of trustful and authentic relationships and efficient teams in order to create a worthwhile future together. NVC is the most valuable mindset and concept I know. It helps me on a daily basis to make fundamental shifts in perspective and create new realities in my life. It is today with boundless joy and passion that I transmit my experiences as a trainer and coach. Find more about me and my activities on my website: https://co-sense.eu
