🔊Online action is still action! And just because we can't be together physically, doesn't mean we are on our own 🔊

This month, we bring Climate Talks directly to your screen to discuss how different crises resemble and relate to each other, how they affect people in different part of the world, and how can we learn from current and past events.

Natural disasters, health, migration, violence: all those things don't exist in a vacuum and only together can we find solutions. Even when we can't meet in person.

6:30 PM Introduction by Climate Hub Hamburg
6:45 PM Global Stories (video collage) - How the actual crisis is affecting people worldwide
7:00 PM The Climate Mess: Connecting the Dots by Estrella Piechulek (Climate Hub Hamburg)
7:15 PM Break
7:20 PM How to deal with a crisis together by Christina Klein (Hanseatic Help)

In the meantime, stay safe and, if that's an option at all for you #staythefuckhome 👉

The silver lining? The digital form can be experience by everyone, everywhere! This event is not limited to people who are physically in Hamburg.

About Climate Hub Hamburg đŸ€“

In response to the global climate crisis, an international group of Climate Reality Leaders based in the Hanseatic City founded the Climate Hub Hamburg. We are a group of people with diverse professional and cultural backgrounds comprising of researchers, entrepreneurs, freelancers, writers and artists. What united us is our concern and passion for tackling climate change. Providing a local context for the global change, we can connect the dots and link this worldwide challenge with local solutions.

Our goal is to raise awareness, empower and engage people into climate action. We believe that informed citizens participating in the public discussions are the key to finding and implementing solutions that can really make a difference.

Each of us can make a difference, whether by joining social movements, taking part in demonstrations, signing petitions, promoting less consumerist lifestyle, or just spreading the word.
