What we're about

Camping/Hiking addicts looking to feed our addictions... We will be in the San Gabriel Mountains, Azuza, up highway 39 through the spring. We will be Hiking, Camping and Backpacking the local trails off "All Trails App". These trails and experiences will be somewhat new to me also as I have just started exploring this area in depth. Prices are low, its affordable and amazing views. No service at all .... OFF the grid. ....There are plenty of trails, a river, small lakes, fishing, several biking trails and other camping options, Crystal Lake area has a cafe and store open all weekend....HOV park is near too and Target is a short trip (19 miles) Takes about an hour from TO. People are welcome to drive up for the hike and not camp also if they want. This is back country so pack accordingly and be prepared. To be a part of this group you will have to invest in some camping staple items. There are some in-expensive options on the message board for those looking to invest in beginner Backpacking equipment. I have a fire permit and you need the adventure pass too, I have one....depends on the trail... Hikes will be a minimum of 5 miles and up to 12 or so....On these trips there is no alcohol, there are no babysitters and we are off grid, be smart ...and it will evolve as the group does .... I hope you Keep coming back!
