What we’re about

We are Conejo Valley's Free Running Club. We meet weekly on Sunday Mornings and follow a schedule for all levels of running. Beginners choose "Pre-Conditioning", and over 12 weeks go from 1 mile to 5 miles. Safely and Enjoyably. Advanced Runners can follow a Half Marathon template that covers 3-9 mile runs. You choose the pace, there's always someone to run with who's your level. We cover injury prevention, help with running mechanics, warm ups, and camaraderie! Make friends, get fit!
