This group is for any woman looking to seriously uplevel her life; ready to take action toward her goals and be whatever she was born to be. In mind, body, and spirit creating a life of meaning matters! This group isn't just about words, it's about actions. And connecting with other women on their path too.

The goal of every #Thrive event is to for women to walk away with useful resources, action plans, exercises and support IRL (in real life); imagine connecting with other women committed to living lives moving forward just like you are!

Our mission is to engage, empower, educate, and inspire each other in a positive and collaborative community so we can THRIVE together. Currently we offer 3 types of events:

#THRIVE Workshop events - We bring in 3 heartfilled conscious professional speakers/trainers to each live workshop event who are dedicated to making the world brighter. There's a panel discussion and Q&A and group interaction.

Kickboxing/Boxing Classes - on Saturdays at 10 am we have a kick-butt fitness class to help our bodies and spirits thrive.

Self-Defense - These workshops are held on Saturdays every couple of months for 3 hours, and are created to help you demystify the ideas of what keeps you safe, in a proven structure which has been working for over 17 years and thousands of students. One of the most important classes you'll ever take.

Mental Fitness: Develop the 3 Core Muscles You Need to #THRIVE

Mental Fitness is the X-Factor - the MISSING LINK in what we know vs. what we DO in a challenge. And right now we need this. We adapt to it and get used to it. BUT, throw life or world circumstances that are say a 25lb weight, or even 40lb weight and we struggle. AND WE FREAK OUT! It's hard. It's heavy.
