Experience vinyasa as the connection of breath to movement. This invigorating, active flow class will help you achieve a deeper reflectioin in asanas (poses) & refine your relationship to your body through more challenging asanas by linking your breath with movement in a moving meditation. We'll warm up the body with a series of asanas, move into a series of working asanas, & finish with Savasana (rest). Developing & maintaining strength, flexibility, & balance for health & well being, you will step off the mat feeling refreshed, nourished & centered. Intermediate class; modifications offered for beginners.
