This women's group promotes mental health wellness for issues with isolation and social anxiety. We discuss creative and empowering ideas about becoming more than survivors. We encourage and support each other in our steps to thrive in our lives. We play card games, go out for coffee, and share our experiences in healing. Our goal is to share healthy, hopeful, fun moments with intentions of building self-esteem, self-worth, and friendships.
This is not a support group where we sit and talk about our painful experiences. We actively promote mental health wellness. There are no mental health professionals available in the group.
