This 2 night 3 day camping trip takes us up to the Lakota Wolf Preserve. While in the observation of the preserve area we'll be able to watch the wolves play, interact with each other and with any luck, hear them howl. There will be numerous opportunities to get unobstructed pictures of the wolves in their natural settings through the "portal openings" in the fencing. Since you will be photographing the wolves where they live, in a stress free environment, you will get the best possible photo opportunities.
Camp Taylor campground adjoins the wolf preserve so we'll be right there sleeping along side our four legged friends.
Whether you are a veteran outdoor enthusiast, or a first time camper, you will find what you are looking for in their primitive tent sites, electric and water sites, cabins, or onsite RV rentals.
Be sure to call for your reservation. We'll be camping during the off season so there should be plenty of available primitive spaces. If your more of a cabin camper than make your reservations earlier.
