ETIQUETTE FOR CARPOOL PASSENGERS
Please show up promptly for your carpool time. Please allow extra time for travel to your pickup spot and, if you encounter any problems, please contact your driver immediately and let him or her know. Generally, your driver will not wait for you if you arrive late.
Please pay your driver exact cash for your carpool transportation at the end of the day.
Please do NOT wear any perfume or strong fragrance because some people in your carpool may be allergic.
Please print out all contact and itinerary information that is sent to you.
Please bring your theatre ticket.
Please ensure your cellphone is on in case your driver needs to contact you. Please turn off your cellphone during the theatre performance.
Please do NOT make any unreasonable requests of your driver such as asking to stop to buy coffee or snacks or be dropped off or picked up at specific spots other than your carpool's scheduled stops.
Please do not bring food or drinks into your carpool vehicle.
Please do not rearrange anything in your carpool vehicle, such as removing a backseat cover.
Please do not ask to sit in a particular spot in your carpool vehicle unless you require special seating due to a physical disability.
Please do not put your feet up on the upholstery or seats in your carpool vehicle.
Please do not engage in any unusual activity in your carpool vehicle such as clipping newspapers.
Please do not complain to your driver.
Please do not instruct your driver on how to drive.
Please do not instruct your driver on how to park.
Please ensure you have your driver's cell # (if available) and that you arrange for a place to meet your driver for your ride home.
Please review the Thumbs Up Theatre Liability Waiver. You must agree to the terms of the waiver if you participate in a Thumbs Up carpool.
If you have a cold, please consider others and do NOT attend.
