Come and join us for an Introduction to Meditation!
Every week, we meet up to do guided meditation in English. Before the meditation event, there will be a short talk to introduce and explain who we are and what we do. If you are new to Buddhism or meditation, it is an ideal place to start.
General information :
• public meditation open to beginners
• meditation lasts half an hour
• session is free of charge
• questions : half an hour before our meditation starts, and after it’s over, you may receive a introduction to meditation and to Buddhism and answers to your questions on these topics.
• no special clothes required
