About us:
The Tibetan Dharma and Meditation Group is part of Shang Longrik Gyatso Rinpoche’s organisation which is based in Taiwan. It aims to introduce people living in Ireland to Buddhist teachings and practices that have been passed to Rinpoche through his masters and their masters going back many, many generations in order to benefit and bring peace to all sentient beings. We're on the first floor of the Lantern Centre in the Oak Room. If you enter the building from the car park entrance, go left and up the stairs. At the top of the stairs turn left again and the room is at the end of the corridor. If possible, please bring along a meditation cushion.
