HEADLINE ACT: HANNAH SILVESTER
Hannah has been a regular on the comedy circuit for around eight years. Her frank and honest material, combined with a warm and likeable persona, ensures that she is in high demand as a performer. In 2014 she won the Breakthrough Act Award at the Midlands Comedy Awards and since then she has been a finalist in several competitions including the Breaking Talent Award at the Birmingham Glee Club, the Nottingham Comedy Festival New Comedian of the Year Competition, and the Hull Comedy Festival New Comedian of the Year Award.
SAMANTHA DAY
Samantha got into the semi-final of Jason Manford's Best New Act just before lockdown came. She was also a semi-finalist at the Bath Comedy Festival and the Not So New Comedian of the Year.
She has supported Nick Page, Robert White, Lee Nelson, Mike Gunn, Laura Lexx, Norman Lovett, Steve Allen, Alan Francis. She kept gigging online at least once a week all the way through lockdown and is now back to gigging live at least three times a week. She also MCs a weekly arts show; she has MC’d almost 100 gigs and performed at over 200.

TEJAL DHUTIA
Tej calls comedy her therapy, basing it around motherhood and the taboo subjects she was never allowed to speak about whilst growing up a ‘good Indian girl’.

BECKY FURY
Becky Fury has been a beige weirdo with bisexual pretentious since before it was fashionable and has been performing comedy across the UK for not quite as long.
She has written for radio and theatre and has won awards at various national arts festivals.

KATIE MITCHELL
Katie Mitchell is a rising star of the Midlands comedy circuit. Emerging on the scene in 2016, her comedy is alternative yet pervasive, bringing whimsy and surreal characters to a wide variety of audiences. She is currently breaking into paid work and has recently been signed to the agency Ingenious Fools. She is also the co-host of the surreal focused podcast A Fun Time With Katie And Leslie, with Leslie Ewing-Burgesse
Runner-up Rising Star at the Midlands Comedy Awards 2019

CHARLIE VERO-MARTIN
Charlie is a Scottish actor and comedian specialising in characters, audio and improv. She has taken three solo shows to the Edinburgh Fringe, all centred around retelling history.
She's written for BBC Scotland, Hat Trick and Radio 4 and worked with Griff Rhys Jones on his UK tour. Her sitcom pilot was shortlisted for the Triforce-UKTV WriterSlam and is currently on the shortlist for the funny women awards.

YOUR HOSTS: JUDITH CRITCHLEY AND KITTY MESSALINA
Judith Critchley organises and hosts her Tickled Pink All Star Female Comedy Night every month over the last three years. It is a comedy night with a difference, where she curates an all-female line-up. She felt that this would allow these talented comedians to shine. Tickled Pink occurs on a monthly basis, live but mainly online. There are normally six to eight female comedians to entertain the audience. Tickled Pink received a nomination for Best Promoter at Leicester Comedy Festival 2021.

Kitty Messalina is the co-founder of Late Stage Comedy. As a comedic triple threat - a queer woman of colour - her unique perspectives on prejudice, promiscuity and polyamory quickly earned her a nomination as a Finalist for the NCF New Act of the Year Award 2019. She is currently working on her debut solo show, "Is This Thing Turned On?" where she ponders identity politics, problematic crushes and Alexander Hamilton.
