It's Time For Change...What Are You Waiting For?
For Women Only....Fitness group sessions combine circuit training, moderate/high intensity interval training, cardio, resistance, balance, and flexibility training for a full body 45-50 minute workout. We'll be combining the above listed trainings with other functional training pieces such as stability balls, bands, weights, balance discs, steps, battle ropes, kettle bells, TRX band, and more. Exercises can be modified.
Fitness Groups are held in Niwot and Frederick....serving the surrounding areas of Longmont, Erie, Niwot, Frederick, Firestone, and Dacono.
Bring a water bottle each session, and when you come the first time, you'll need to fill out some short paperwork before participating in the class. I may require you to get medical clearance from your physician before you participate in a fitness session.
