This group is for like-minded professionals who want to get active and explore Toronto with meetup events like hiking, skating, skiing, biking, movie nights, dining out, and other activities that you might not normally do on your own.

BY COMPLETING AN RSVP AND REGISTERING FOR ANY EVENT, OR BY ATTENDING AN EVENT, YOU ARE AGREEING TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Meetup Group - Tired of Gay TO? New Social & Active Group for Gay Men (together with its organizer and members, the “Group”) is a not for profit social club, formed to provide information and facilitate social events.
General: Any participant (a ”Participant”) in any social event organized or publicized by the Group, acknowledges and agrees that the Participant is solely responsible for determining the suitability of the event, and the suitability of any third party organizers or service providers. Participants are solely responsible for determining whether any physical activity is safe, or is suitable for the Participant given the Participant’s individual health and fitness.
Each of the Group, its organizer and its members assume no liability for any scheduled event. By RSVPing, registering or participating in an event, each Participant assumes all personal liability of risk associated with this event.
The Participant acknowledges and agrees that each of Group, its organizer, and its members has no responsibility or liability for the event organized by the Group even if the Group may have provided some assistance with the arrangements for the event such as publicity, group transportation or group discounts.
Some events may involve third party service providers. Each of the Group, its organizers and its members makes no representation or warranty about the fitness, reliability, quality or financial condition of any third party service provider. The Group assumes no liability whatsoever for third party service providers.
Assumption of Risk: The Participant hereby acknowledges and agrees that they understand the nature of the events; that Participant is qualified, in good health, and in proper physical condition to participate therein; that there are certain inherent risks and dangers associated with the events; and that, except as expressly set forth herein, they, knowingly and voluntarily, accept, and assume responsibility for, each of these risks and dangers, and all other risks and dangers that could arise out of, or occur during, participant’s participation in the events.
Release and Waiver: The Participant hereby RELEASES, WAIVES, DISCHARGES AND COVENANTS NOT TO SUE any of the Group, its organizer, and its members from and for any liability resulting from any personal injury, accident or illness (including death), and/or property loss, however caused, arising from, or in any way related to, the Participant’s participation in the event.
Indemnification and Hold Harmless: The Participant also hereby agree to INDEMNIFY, DEFEND AND HOLD the Group, its organizer, and its members HARMLESS from any and all claims, actions, suits, procedures, costs, expenses, damages and liabilities arising from, or in any way related to, the Participant’s participation in the event.
