This special event is a collaboration between members from two different Toastmasters clubs in the area. These experienced presenters will be delivering extended speeches, "Keynote" style. Come learn and be inspired by the following speeches/speakers: - Master Distractions Before Your Avatar Does - by A.T. Lynne - You Can't Live Someone Else's Purpose - by Joey Chandler - From Overwhelm to Focused Action - by Ulrika Brattemark Our Host/Toastmaster for the evening is Tobi Lessem. ** This is a FREE, non-profit event. No sales pitches! ** Welcome! MASTER DISTRACTIONS BEFORE YOUR AVATAR DOES - A.T. Lynne By 2030, it is expected that 35% of today's workers will be replaced by robots, made redundant by artificial intelligence, or that their very jobs will be extinct. With this looming reality, now is the time to learn what you need to survive and stay employed. In this presentation, A.T. will guide you in experiencing the power already within you that ensures you will thrive in this dangerous yet magical age of change. YOU CAN'T LIVE SOMEONE ELSE'S PURPOSE - Joey Chandler Have you ever gone to a seminar or workshop, become totally excited, and left with plans for how you were going to use them only to find yourself not doing any of it a few days, weeks or months later? Learn how to avoid this all too common occurrence by living your purpose rather than someone else's. Joey Chandler is a purpose and performance coach and lives in San Rafael with his wife and son. MAKING TIME FOR WHAT MOST MATTERS - Ulrika Brattemark We live in a fast paced society with many expectations and lots demands on our time. Most of us wish for more time in the day or extra days in the week so that we could have time for what truly matters to us. In this presentation, Ulrika offers a way to gain clarity about what the RIGHT things are for YOU and how to make choices in your daily life.
