    Win Win Coffee Bar

    Welcome to our Thousand Words Workshop in partnership with Toho Publishing! We meet at Win Win Coffee Bar (931 Spring Garden Street) from 6:30-9:00pm. Local writing group Green Street Poetry will also be collaborating with us for this event. Bring 7 copies of a piece you want constructive feedback on, no longer than 1000 words. If we have time at the end, we'll have an open mic. This is meant to be a positive atmosphere for writers who want honest feedback while feeling encouraged by their fellow artists.     Welcome to our Thousand Words Workshop in partnership with Toho Publishing and Green Street Poetry! We meet at the newly opened Trolley Shop (2827 W Girard Avenue) in Brewerytown. We will be meeting here every other Thursday evening from 7:30PM-10:00PM. Instead of writing for the first hour, we bring about seven copies of an already-written piece (no longer than 1K words) for detail-oriented feedback. First, the author reads their piece to the group, then discussion is opened for constructive feedback! After everyone has shared, we'll have an open-mic for those brave enough to test their writing on a crowd!
