When you’re starting out on YouTube, getting your first subscribers can take a lot of time and effort. In this speech, Maxie will share her YouTube growth strategy and how she grew a new channel to 1500 subscribers within 1 year. Her focus will be on the marketing aspects of YouTube. You will learn about YouTube SEO, tags, CTRs, video marketing and how to read your YouTube analytics.


YouTubeを始めたばかりの時は、チャンネル登録者を増やすのには時間がかかり、努力が必要です。今回、私がYouTubeでどの様な戦略で、1500人もの登録者を増やしたかをお話しします。YouTubeにおけるマーケティングを中心に説明したいと思います。本イベントでは、クリックスルーレート、Youtube SEO、タグ、ビデオマーケティング、YouTubeのデータ分析方法について学ぶことができるでしょう。

Maxie Pickert is a trilingual language professional (German, English and Japanese). After graduating Waseda University, and now works in Tokyo.
Her YouTube channel German in Tokyo is driving digital community in Japan through online courses about German culture in Japanese, online German language courses for beginner and events in Kanto, Japan. With Social Media Marketing, her goal is to share knowledge about German language and culture in Japan.

Willem Blom
Willem comes all the way from Dept agency in Amsterdam. He will talk about the optimal collaboration models between clients and specialists of different teams. He will also highlight the main trends in Europe around machine learning, automation and privacy.

Location 場所

The meetup will be held in the cafe of Principle-C Agency in Ochanomizu. Offices are on 10F of the Tri-Edge Building. It's a 3 minute walk south from JR Ochanomizu station, or 2 minute walk from the Shin-Ochanomizu North Exit. The building entrance is across from the Cathedral on Hongo-dori. Look for the white floor tiling and glass entrance.

Warning1: Google Maps shows the rear of the building, not the entrance at the front.
Warning2: The building doors will lock at 8pm. If you arrive after 8pm, please wait for the doors to open as people walk out.

Also, for those that want to stay late for a "Nijikai", most of us will head over to a near "The Hub" bar next to Ochanomizu Station. There you can relax and ask more questions in a casual environment.
