Barefoot Walk and games night!

Mukogaoka-Yuen Station

Bring your shoes, and a bag to carry them! Ever wanted to try walking barefoot outside?? I am an expert Tokyo barefooter and know some great places for new barefooters to try! Let's meet at Mukogaoka Yuen station, and walk on some "level 2" sidewalk toward a nearby park featuring an Open Air Museum of Historical Houses! https://goo.gl/maps/5L72DU8YBbwTj6mb7 *What to expect* Meet in Mukogaoka Yuen station, South exit. We will walk leisurely toward the park, and have time to explore the area, all while barefoot! After visiting the park, we will go back toward the station and to Jonathan's for drink bar and games, all while barefoot! *What to bring* Bring a jacket cause the air might be chilly! Come with lightweight shoes that you can carry just in case you need to put them on during the walk! Self care is important, so wear shoes whenever you need to! *Please note!* This will be a chance to walk outside without shoes! Though I am quite sure you will have no problems, you might possibly step on something painful! Each person must make their own choice and take care of themselves! *Price* 1000 yen, includes drinks and wet tissues for wiping hands and feet!

This will be our 3rd eye gazing workshop, which will give us a chance to look more deeply into ourselves and more deeply into those around us. The process is simple, and the results can be profound. You may discover parts of yourself that you didn't know were there. In this workshop, we will be looking into the eyes of people that we may never have met before. We will have a chance to sit with multiple participants, with a small break in between each person. Let’s enjoy learning about ourselves and each other. Schedule: 1:45pm - 2pm: gathering time 2:00pm - 2:45pm begin eye gazing, doing some short segments then changing partners 2:45pm have a break and discussion 3:00pm - 3:45pm longer segments of eye gazing 3:50pm final thoughts, closing the circle 1000 yen paid at the door limit 12 people

Bring your shoes, and a bag to carry them! This time will be slightly chillier, so let's see how it goes! Ever wanted to try walking barefoot outside?? I am an expert Tokyo barefooter and have found the perfect place for newbies to try! In Shibuya, where the Toyoko Line used to be, the new riverwalk is clean and features several different surfaces to try! *What to expect* Meet in Hikarie on 2F, behind the escalators on the walkway toward Shibuya. We will walk on the pedestrian walkway right where Toyoko LIne used to arrive into Shibuya, we will be outside, but on clean concrete, under a roof! We will walk from there along the Shibuya River, featuring several different surfaces to try! * clean concrete * clean gravel * old asphalt * new bumpy pathway * old bumpy pathway * grass * stairs * more!! In addition, there are some neat reminders of the old Toyoko Line, including train rails and photos that remind us of the history of the area. *What to bring* Come wearing lightweight shoes that you can carry just in case you need to put them on during the walk!
