Bring your shoes, and a bag to carry them!

This time will be slightly chillier, so let's see how it goes!

Ever wanted to try walking barefoot outside?? I am an expert Tokyo barefooter and have found the perfect place for newbies to try!

In Shibuya, where the Toyoko Line used to be, the new riverwalk is clean and features several different surfaces to try!

*What to expect*

Meet around 1:15pm in Hikarie on 2F, behind the escalators on the walkway toward Shibuya. We will walk on the pedestrian walkway right where Toyoko LIne used to arrive into Shibuya, we will be outside, but on clean concrete, sometimes under a roof!

We will walk from there along the Shibuya River, featuring several different surfaces to try!

* clean concrete
* clean gravel
* old asphalt
* new bumpy pathway
* old bumpy pathway
* grass
* stairs
* more!!

In addition, there are some neat reminders of the old Toyoko Line, including train rails and photos that remind us of the history of the area.

*What to bring*

Come wearing lightweight shoes that you can carry just in case you need to put them on during the walk! Self care is important, so wear shoes whenever you need to!

*Please note!*

This will be a chance to walk outside without shoes! Though I am quite sure you will have no problems, you might possibly step on something painful! Each person must make their own choice and take care of themselves!
