At each meeting, we will have a topic to explore. We'll start with a brief presentation and share in a discussion. Topics may include relationships, listening, communication, having more love in your life, family dynamics, deeply feeling joy, living in the present, co-dependency, understanding our fears, grieving, connecting with emotions and communicating them, a variety of tools gleaned from different psychological approaches, and more.
We will look at what gentleness means for each of us, what it looks like, why it has been lacking, what it would mean to be gentler with ourselves, and how that would change your life. This meetup includes presentation and discussion. You may pay at the meetup. We will meet in the lobby of the Union Bank Tower Building at the corner of Washington and Broadway. I'll bring you up at 7pm since the elevators are often locked after business hours.
Getting to Still is essential for our peace of mind and yet it can be elusive. We have an extraordinary opportunity at this meetup to be joined by Isabelle D'Arcy, L.Ac. who will be doing acupuncture, while you are fully clothed sitting in your seats, in a few areas to drop you into deeper stillness. If you would rather not have acupuncture, no problem. You may pay at the event. Notice this meetup is on Sunday, not our usual Saturday. We will meet at the Union Bank Tower Lobby (corner Broadway and Washington, facing Washington) and I will bring you up to Nedspace on the 11th floor at 10am. The elevators are often locked on weekends for our safety..
When it comes to money, our relationship can be complex indeed, sometimes a source of comfort, fear, peace, shame, etc. We'll take a nonjudgmental psychological look at that relationship, how it developed, its current manifestation, and how you would like to be more aware in this area of your life. This is not a financial seminar rather an opportunity to look at your own beliefs and relationship with money. We will meet in the Union Bank Tower Lobby at 1pm and I will bring you up to the 11th Floor, Nedspace, where we'll meet in the conference room. You may pay for the meetup at the event.
Experiencing betrayal, in any form, can cut us to the quick. Heartbreak, confusion, loneliness, the pain of loss, fear of the future are some of the consequences we can suffer. As we discuss betrayal, we will talk of the emotions and how one's process can evolve over time, eventually leading to personal growth. Meet in the Union Bank Tower Lobby and I will bring you up to Nedspace on the 11th floor. The elevators are often locked outside of regular business hours. You may pay at the event.
