This group is for Charlotte area entrepreneurs who are committed to self-improvement. We'll gather to "level up" our business and leadership skills, to learn about new tech tools and try out new sales strategies. We'll also visit some new places and meet some new people along the way.

You’ve Got a Business . . . Now What? Building a Sound Sales Foundation for the Entrepreneur Course Description: Congratulations on taking the leap into business ownership! Whether you’re taking the plunge, cutting the cord from corporate America, and working “full time” on building your firm right away (or just dipping your toes into the water to see if you can improve your income with a little “side hustle”) you’ve made an important decision to offer a product or service directly to the marketplace and you’re now in the driver’s seat - you’re the #BOSS! That’s where this class comes in. In a supportive group of fellow entrepreneurs (or wanna-be-entrepreneurs) you’ll learn how to start with the right sales MINDSET. Then how to get clear on your objective so you can choose the right STRATEGY. And finally, how to effectively EXECUTE on your strategy (because there are a lot of ways to skin a cat, but some of them are going to feel more authentic to who you are as a person and the brand that you’re building for your company.) And don’t get too freaked out about the whole process because it’s going to come naturally to you before you can blink an eye. Besides, did you know that EVERYONE SELLS? Even if you didn't realize it, there are times in your day (every day) where you need to be a salesperson. . . Maybe it is convincing your toddler to eat his vegetables; or persuading your boss to give you a raise. Perhaps it is getting your best friend to sign up for skydiving lessons with you; or even selling YOURSELF on scheduling some exercise time into your work week. It doesn't matter what your job is, what age you are, or even what country you live in . . . your life will be improved if you can polish your sales skills. Therefore, even beyond the world of entrepreneurship, this class is appropriate for anyone who wants to “up their game” when it comes to being persuasive. You will leave knowing: How to approach sales mentally How to clarify your objective BEFORE you plan your strategy What strategies work best for your situation How to choose the best place and time for your sales pitch And so much more! This will be a VERY interactive class with lots of time for your specific questions. You will leave feeling so much more informed about the “secret world of salesmanship” which will not only make you a better salesperson but also help you be a better entrepreneur, consumer and all-around effective person.
